Rebate program is in place April 16, 2017 through June 30, 2017. Buyer Broker to be Luxury Land and Homes Inc. Only CTARMLS (Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® MLS) listed property qualifies on contract to purchase and must be ratified prior to June 30, 2017. Closing may occur after June 30th but no later than December 31, 2017. Buyer Broker commission is due from mls cooperating broker transaction. In the highly unlikely event that transaction commission to Luxury Land and Homes Inc. as Buyer Brokerage is insufficient to cover Rebate figure advertised, then this offer would become null and void.
